Just bought a silver Fiat Punto MK2/b 16v (2005)

It's pretty plain right now and hasn't had anything done to it so far. I've ordered some LED strips for the footwells and an LED bulb for the interior light which i'll be fitting once they arrive. I'm thinking of removing the centre console and fitting some blue LEDs there but haven't had much experience with soldering and I've heard they're a pain in the backside.

Also going to try and fit a new stereo sooner or later as i'm not fond of the original Fiat one.

Just wondered what other mods people have done so far and whether they've turned out good? Just looking for abit of inspiration for myself right now so any ideas are appreciated!

Welcome to the site!
For inspiration - have a look around the Members Motors, there's plenty mk2b's to look at, and find some inspiration :)
Soldering skills are not necessary for fitting LED's to the centre console - just go search ebay for T5 LED bulb, and choose in what colour you want. You need 4.

This all depends on what sort of mods you want to do.

Firstly
Give the car a good clean and a good service.

Some simple mods to start with are :
Colour coding mirrors, door handles and side strips
Badgeless grill
Debadging
Lowering
Interior detailing (painting or covering interior plastics)

Just a word of caution check with your insurance before doing any mods as they could add to your premium and if left undeclared will invalidate your insurance, should you be unlicky enough to have a accident

Heres a picture of my car to give you a little inspiration
