Hi all

I bought a fiat punto 1.4 16v sporting for a runabout as I'm waiting on my new car, eml has come on and gone off. Had a chap at work plug in obd and it has come up with P0115, temp gauge does not read right, only gets up to a quarter on the gauge and sometimes does not read temp at all, I'm unsure what temp sensor I should buy, tried google search but still unsure of correct part.

Hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction

It shows the location
Check if yours is a screw out type - or pressed in

If its screw out type = DIY fix
Disconnect wiring - Crack sensor loose
Remove quickly with fingers and slap new one straight in!

Ensure you get the same coloured sensor plug type
I dont know what the difference is - but usually you need to keep the same

It does look like the as the 1.2 8v - so probably the 1.2 16v as well
