i removed gearbox and oil from it last year- 2014 around september, oktober or november dont know for sure

its been sitting in garage for all this time, so i wonder did anything went bad during this time as i am gonna sell it and dont want to scam the person who will buy it if it will break soon afterwards

All good I'd say. Just have a quick look for spiders in the vent. I assume all the plugs were refitted. There is an outside possibility that if left in an unheated space some water could have condensed inside. We're talking teaspoonfull if that and it would run out at a plug and very unlikely to have come into contact with unprotected metal.

I rebuilt a gear box years ago and it was clear the top bearings do not sit in oil and only rely on being splashed by the gears that do rotate into the oil. A car engine full of oil is also often 'dry' at the top for months on end. So I think you would be faced with similar potential problems with or without the oil.
