Hello people, please be careful this user got poor English.

The noise keep came on when you just press gas then noise start for 5 sec. We check rear suspension system but they all fine? Anyone know problem?

Here most recent noise,
Yesterday we finish shopping, we about exit, noise show up it sound like grinding and banging for 5 sec then it gone. We have no idea what that problem.

Front brake pads got replace last MOT. Maybe worn again?

Front brakes are always in contact with the disc's - when off its only a very very slight drag
So every time you were to brake - the noise would be heavily front orientated everytime you touch the brake pedal if the pads were shot again
Dowt it - unless your like me and can kill a set of pads in about 5 - 7k miles

We do need more information

If it Front or rear?
Only when starting the engine?
Does it change when rev'ving?
is it majority worse when the back end is loaded?

Ziggy

Front.
Not start engine, it more later when you driving.
I don't I think change when rev.
It normal happen when rear seat is load like bags and single person.

Check bottom engine mount, when worn it causes a lot of engine movement and causes exhaust to clatter and even break or crack.
Certainly sounds like exhaust.
Take it to an exhaust place and check.
there is a kid on here, Andyrkett, he works for kwikfit as an apprentice bodger, he might be able to advise (y)
I don't need check exhaust pipe, they look fine because she bought it about few year ago where she bought a car with wore exhaust.

But Ziggy, he DOES work for Kwik Fit

Oh yes definitely..... weirdly though I spent my day in meetings rather than fitting tyres......

Oh well I really can't help with this thread as I really can't follow what the OP is talking about, it would probably be easier to write on a description of the problem in a language you're more comfortable with and then use something like Google translate then post up the result.
