Hi there! I have a mk2 punto and was wondering what size wheels will fit? I know that the standard size is 14 inch if I'm not mistaken? I am after getting some alloys as I currently have steelies, would be beneficial if there were some good 14 inch alloys then I wouldn't have to buy new tyres lol. Also if anyone has any suggestions for alloys that wont break the bank you are more than welcome to suggest them. Any help would be great. Thanks! ?

Most people are running 15" wheels OEM Sporting ones are very popular and very cheap compared to other eBay can yield a nice set for around £100

it is possible to go bigger so 16" or 17" but the rear wheel arch on the punto has very fine tolerances as to what it will accept so getting the offset spot on is a must, hence why most stick to OEM wheels

14's are the standard, i would only suggest going up to the max of 16's no bigger cause whacking 17's on a punto it'd be a trolley :D though some have done it but it looks ridiculous and would only put strain on engine components in the long run.

my old punto had 15's which seemed to work well, but as i said 16's at the most no bigger (y)

Would really love to see a set of sporting alloys anywhere within a 50 mile radius of me for £100. All crazy money if there even is any!

you have to keep an eye out on 'Gum tree for them.

or pre-loved,

sometimes they do come up on ebay cheap but you has to keep your eye on the ball,

nowaday's..people sees something on ebay.. quick message to seller. ping gone..wheels sold outside of ebay,
