hi, my car does not start 1.2 v8 2003 and I done all the checks, it already had new battery put in last month and this week i changed the spark plugs leads and coils also the sensor because about 4months ago I had error code for misfire so that's why I changed it all and it need it but it was starting up and driving then but now car still does not start. I thought I check for error code but this was after I changed everything not before the car didn't start. but the misfire code has gone but only got 1 error code now and it is 'throttle/ pedal position sensor switch A' come up now. can that making the car not to start?
do I need to change the throttle body or should I just change the sensor which I found new 1 on ebay but only thing with that is I don't get how to take it out, do I just pull it out or push it from inside of the throttle body? or should I just get 2nd had throttle body?

A little easy start down the throttle body, see if it fires/starts/does anything.

But the code is wierd. AFAIK you have (given manual, 8v) no

What's the code (numerically)?

The error code I got is P0120.

Try the easy start trick -- or just squirt some petrol down past the throttle butterfly.

If it fires up, the fault may be with the TB, but that is one strange code.

If not, suspect TDC sensor (no fuel, no spark).

TDC sensor was the 1st thing I changed and it was working fine then after change.

Squirt some down the throttle body. See if the car fires, Or use petrol.

Idea is to check you're getting spark.

So, if you're getting spark, TDC sensor is OK, look at the fuel side.
