I don't often drive my wifes Punto. Drove it today and its a joy, an X reg 1.2 ELX 8v 35k miles I know but still nice. Couple of things.

The dash has a buzzing/rattle type noise which is irritating. Only happened since the bulkhead seal was repaired a year ago. If I press the various bits of the heater area it goes......sometimes. Question is how do i find the screws, tighten them up I presume and are they allen screws? They look odd.

Also the gearbox feels a little "notchy" think its always been like that but after my Passat it obviously will feel different. MAybe I just need to depress the clutch further although is this a sign of problems or normal?
