I have a fiat punto sport 16valve engine its 2001 it just won't start it started fine on Sunday morning then when my god parent came in the afternoon he took the 2 things of the top of the ECU to try and fix another fault after we started it and it revved high which we already knew about then on monday morning I went to start it up and nothing it turned over and fired once or twice could it be that I am out of petrol as now it will turn over but not fire also where do you spray easy start do you spray it into throttle body or air intake pipe

Why would you unplug the ECU? Easy start is a waste of time as it wont help at all, check theres fuel in then check for a spark on the plugs asumeing its a petrol

car now starts but it is missing I have changed plugs and ht leads but it still sounds like it is missing and the car is shaking a little bit also why would the car rev up on its own

I have plug an a On Board diagnostic machine in and it tells me it misfiring on cylinders 1, 3 and 4 and also the air intake temperature sensor comes up as a fault as well as a heat sensor

hello I now have the codes from my OBD machine and they are

P0110
P0141
P0300
P0301
P0303
P0304
P0105

could you tell me what I would need to do to fix these

P0110 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit Malfunction
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 -Cylinder #1 Misfire Detected
P0303 - Cylinder #3 Misfire Detected
P0304 - Cylinder #4 Misfire Detected
P0105 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Malfunction

So, first thing you do is find the non-blood relation and kick the carp out of him.

I'd guess that there are a lot of connectors disconnected on the car. Clean them up, plug them in again, clear the faults, re-run, re-read.

P0300 is the most worrying, but sometimesw one code will trigger another. At this point, it's probably a good idea to proceed slowly and methodically (post carp kicking) rather than jumping to any conclusions.

should that solve my sensor problems and also why is it missfiring on 3 cylinders after having new plugs and ht leads
