Had a strange clunking sound while driving today..... got worse... to cut a very long very boring story short.... AA came out and said he thinks i need a new bush on the anti roll bar (suspension and brakes all seem ok).... firstly i have no idea what one of these is...secondly anyone have an idea how much this is gonna set me back??? just so i dont get a nasty shock...

I don't know the answer for sure, but it depends! There will be a few bushes on the ARB, and it depends how difficult they are to get to. The bushes themselves are probably quite cheap, under a tenner I'd guess, it'll be the labour to change them that'll bump it up. As a result, you might as well have all the ARB bushes changed.
