After drving to work this morning and having trouble with juddering at low revs and the car not really moving i decided to put a diagostic kit on to it and it came up with the following.

P017 MIXUTE STRENGTH
P0325 KNOCK SENSOR CIRCUIT
P0130 O2 STATUS BEFORE CAT.

I am guessing that this means the lamba sensor has failed. Can any one confirm this for me.

Cheers

So i left work and drove my car, it went stragiht up to 60mph then suddenly dropped to 30 then 20 whilst juddering along on a dual carriage way, managed to get it back as 5 mins down the road and had a quick look under the bonnet. I have noticed a small amount of oil on the connection to the lambda sensor. Could this of blown the sensor, the engine management light is now on. I have brought a sensor so hopefully it is that. Any ideas.

Mate did you get it sorted... my one has just done the same of the the Garage to have a look in the morning... keep you informed later.

Does sound like the lambda, but I doubt oil on the outside of it would have done any damage.

The "trick" when more than one code comes up is to clear the codes, and drive until the code light comes on again, then re-read the codes. With luck there will only be one, sort this and job done. (One fault often triggers others -- I've seen up to 8 from a simple misfire caused by fubared ignition leads.)

can also sometimes be a damaged ecu, they dont always fire off 2 cylinders when damaged sometimes they can run badly mainly at low rpm.
