Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on my next possible mod. I have a Pipercross throttle body mounted induction kit and was wondering if I could mount a strut brace across the towers given the limited space that this type of induction kit leaves.

I would apprecaite any help or advice for fitting both a strut brace and an induction kit.

The induction kit above will actually be reducing performance because its pulling warm air from above the engine. Also the airflow into the throttle body has to negotiate a tight right-angle turn further affecting the gas flow.

Induction kits with a long (large bore) tube to a remote filter avoid the heat and gas flow issues and allow enough space for the strut brace.

On a basic spec engine the benefit of better colder intake air may be worth having but the standard system already does much of that. The easier gas flow wont be noticed.
