i had a lot of trouble getting bolts out that hold seats in, i want to replace the torque bolts with normal bolts, what size are these

Measure the outside diameter of the thread. They are a metric thread, either M8 or M10 from memory.

You need to go an industrial fasteners supplier. You could take a same torx bolt and ask them to supply an alternative. They'll measure the thread for you.

You'll want at least an 8.8 rating too.
