my punto 1.2 x reg manuals bonded crown wheel has unbonded itself on the diff i have removed it and can turn it with my hands is there a cheep way to fix this if not where can i gat a new one that will be stronger than the old one i kinda want a stronger one as it mag get more stick than it is ment to (y)
 
You need to remove the crown wheel. It can be done without taking out the gearbox from the car.

Any good machine shop will be able to fix it. They drill and tap holes across the joint and insert high tensile grub screws. I believe its called Dutch dowelling.
 
Its plenty strong enough and before we had engineering adhesives was the only way to attach a hardened gear ring to a softer but tougher hub.

Take it out yourself and costs should be about 1 hours labour in a machine shop. Find somewhere that does engine rebuilds.
