hello asked a mate bout my problem he had a look and asid it could be coil pack??
what do you rekon?

Popping back sounds more like a timing issue to me rather than a coil-pack.

Has the cam-belt been replaced at all do you know?

If it wasnt doing it previously since you owned it then no... maybe an induction air leak then? Check out all rubber & plastic pipes connected to the throttle body, crank=case ventilation etc

hello i have checked all pipes to the inlet but havent checked the crank pipe where would this be? i have checked everything that is visible
such as for leaks in air pipes, injectors, petrol pipes, fuel pump, sensors made sure there sealed and i think of nything else but having a good search behind the engine today i found a disconnected plug is there somwhere i can check what its for like a website or somthing??
thanks for all your help (y)

That plug is probably for something not fitted on your car.

You really need to remove piperork to check it, I recently fixed a Seat Ibiza with a P0507 logged error. Thats a generic code for too high an idle speed. Found a 1 inch split in the short pipe from the TB, couldnt see or feel it while it was fitted.....

The crank-case breather system is more than one pipe, they usually all end up at or close to the air filter housing or the TB.
