Hello everyone! :)

As a former Punto owner I am seriously considering selling the 2005 Suzuki Ignis Sport which is lowered on Xyz coilovers, has a stainless 2" cat back exhaust and a big air filter making it around 122 hp at 935 kilos...for a Punto HGT! What do ya think? Love my car...but miss the Italian touch!

Hiya, which version you thinking? Punto Mk2 or 3? How much you thinking of spending?
As a Mk2 HGT owner I think these cars are great but not free from a few possible pit-falls. Mk3 owners will obviously be able to give their own spin on their version

I want a black metallic with relatively low milage and original...so we should be looking at 5000 euro / £ 4500. ;)

Yeah mk3 would be lovery; love the extra lights in the back. But a well taken care of mk1 would be all right 2. I'll sleep on it. :)

I have a MkII. Tax costs more (CO2 figures) and they can be fragile when not serviced properly. Engine repairs are costly due to parts costs and poor access.
But I love it. :)

The MK III is bigger, heavier more polished etc, but perhaps have less of that Italian-ness we love. Of course, being newer, more more reliable.

Why are people on about Mk3/Grande's when hes asked about a HGT lol?

I love mine, it has had a fair bit of money thrown at it though! (Boring maintenance + mods)
