Helloo everyone,
just recently signed up to the forum as ive just brought my first car! w reg punto.
Althoughhhh i have no exhaust tail pipe as i recently found out by looking under the car...and by googling what the thing missing was actually called , so searched on here and around the internet but im finding mixed opinions on how important this is..some say i need it fixed asap and some say its not that big a deal :S. Does anyone pleaseee have any info on how quick i need to get this fixed and possible costs thankyouuuuuuuu

The main risk is hot gases not being ejected clear of the body. Level of risk depends on where the pipe ends. It will also affect tune and petrol consumption adversley.

The biggest risk is fumes entering the car. Not to mention that the support bracket might have also gone leaving the remaining pipe flapping about. For what they cost get it fixed.

ok thankyou, is it the back box i need? Have been told this is possibly what needs replacing.
