General Remap

They don't do anything to the engine, just the computer that controls it.

"What does ECU remapping do?
Quite simply, it changes the data in various areas to provide a different map so that areas such as the fuel supply, ignition timing, injector opening times etc are altered to provide a more efficient combustion."

on average thn does it make your car faster? like is it noticeable or is it more for fuel consumption

Effects vary, on my car very noticeable, huge improvement in performance and a slight improvement in fuel economy, depends how you use the extra power really. Your car would need an induction kit as well to get maximum benefit from the 1.2 motor.

80bhp from induction and map is very unrealistic and I dare say impossible from the 1242 8v.

Stop being unrealistic tbh.

3bhp from a map, probably 2-3 from induction and similar from a good backbox, if you're lucky.

66-69bhp is more like it.

Rolling Road.

Red dot. Google it.

They used to be in Watford but they moved iirc. Maybe to Enfield?

Ring GSR: 07977 300 447, if you get through tell Peter he owes Richie money still.

Unknown, mine produced 84bhp with more mods.

Figures depend on what % losses are taken into account, so they're pub talk anyway.
