everytime i turn the streering wheel i heard this terrbile noise

What does the sound, sound like? Is it when you are driving?

Is it a clunking noise, clicking noise, grinding noise?

Is it when the steering wheel is on full lock? Could be CV joint?

Do you have power steering? If so is it working i.e apply pressure to the steering wheel, start the car and it should move slowly/smoothly against your resistance.

I'd assume its the CV joint, Mine makes an odd cracking noise when I full lock, was an advisory on my MOT =D
