i have a punto 04 plate and managed to sort or break my glove box handle. the spring went flying and the handle came off in my hand. i cannot opent the box unless i force it. does any one know of a repair kit for this as i think there may be a pin missing and i have tried to put the spring back in but keeps falling out as i go to clip handle in. does any one have any knowledge of this of any diagrams. PLEASE HELP AS MY MRS IS GOING APE AS IT IS HER CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi mate,
You can buy the spring and the pin separately from fiat for not much money. However, if the handle itself has snapped, then you will probably need the whole glove box. Its dead easy to replace yourself if you can handle a screwdriver.

I had the same problem recently, got a new glove box off ebay, they are pretty easy to replace, just 2 black pins in the bottom corners, if its just the lid thats broken, you could get a new one and superglue it onto the rest of the box!
