What acutally wrong with you car dude? If you are using a code reader and you got P0105 - This doesnt mean you map sensor is knackered...just means that if failed due to many reasons...before you go looking to buy a new one (ps..you cant clean it)....have a look at your breather pipe...it may be ripped...also use carb cleaner down the main air pipe and this should sort your car out...common problem that I came across...

Anyway...the map sensor is on the left hand side of your intake manifold...just above the oil dip stick.
