Hi ive got an N reg Fiat Punto

It overheated on Tuesday and i eventually got it started yesterday. After a few minutes running smoke comes out of the joint at the front of exhaust where it joins the manifold. Is it just a gasket replacement or something more sinister?

Do i take it to an exhaust centre to get it replaced . Any idea how much they likely to charge??

What colour is the smoke? White = not good

If the exhaust is smoking you need a need gasket, if nothing is broken i reckon about a tenner at an exhaust place
