As promised I am posting the feedback I have had from Italtechnicatuning regarding a DIY Supercharger kit which is a direct fit to fiats 1.4 16v 95bhp engine as used in the Punto mk2b Sporting, Stilo, Panda 100hp and the new Fiat 500.
I asked them some questions:-
1.) How much does it cost?
2.) Does any modification have to be made to the ECU / Fuelling setup for the extra power the engine is producing or does the OEM ECU manage?.
3.) Will this reduce the life of the engine by a significant amount?.
This is the reply I got:-

I think the car in UK is the same as we have in Italy. For this car we have developed a specific kit.
we can send it to you: it include the supercharger, brackets, pulleys and belt, air pipes, rotrex oil tank and cooler.
The complete kit price is 2750 Euro+ taxes and transport.
In addiction you have to remap the ECU to allow the power gain.
In attachment you find a power/torque curve of the fiat Fire 1.4 16v engine with the C15 Supercharger.
The engine maintain a good reliability, (you have to do a normal maintenance program).
This sounds very interesting, I might start saving my pennies
