My car wont start early on a cold morning. it's not everytime, but 3 out of 5 mornings it wont start. the odd thing is it doesnt even turn over. you turn the key, all the dash lights come on, but the enguine does NOTHING! i leave it for a couple of hours and it starts fine.

very annoying and leaving me with a super un-reliable car!! im dreading the winter again--can anyone help?!

I've had this looked at by a few mechanics but no one seems to be able to find the problem. i have had a new battery fitted so its definitely not that.

its 1999 mk2 (i think) bog standard 1.2 punto.
