Posts: 20 Thanks: 10 Trader Rating: 0 | Re: Fitting A Focus Induction Kit (8v 1.2 Punto). The copper pipe is just a normal joint which would normally be used for joining heating pipes and things. It works by having half of it in the black pipe and half of it in the other pipe forming a bridge across them so they can be clamped at each side and secured. This means there will be no leaks.

As I said on another forum, I will attach pictures of my own very soon, to make it even clearer. Once again, I recommend one of these to anyone with a car that it will fit in. To be honest about the mk1 55 I think it'd have a pretty good chance if the main air hole was the same diameter. Wouldn't like to say for sure though. Thanks everyone.

If anyone wants one get it off the ebay shop that I did as the delvery was so quick. Cheers guys i will follow the guide when I get home from work tonight and hopefully should be all good. Ill let you know and try and post some pics.

Hey again, Just looking at the guide and it might be worth editing it and also putting silicone on the bits that dont come with the kit as i didn't see this and it's a good job i checked as i don't have any at home. Still awesome guide though. I'll let you know if I have any problems later on.
