Fiat Punto Evo radio stuck and will not fully remove.

Hey,

Today I've been trying to remove the radio in my Punto Evo 2010 to install an aux cable, the radio is a Delphi f199fl.
The radio pulls out about 4 inches, but won't pull out any further. Seems to get stuck on something in the far left corner.

Has anyone ever had this issue? I'm quite hesitant to pull it with more force incase one of the cables is caught on something behind the dashboard preventing it from pulling out any further.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have the same car not 100% if it's the same radio I had the same problem and just wriggled it and gave it a yank !
Was the cables hooked on the radios cradle, you could also take off the foot plate panel next to the clutch which allows you to get you arm the back just about .. Come off with one bolt an a couple of clips.
Hope this helps even a little.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for your reply. In the end it was just the cables getting hooked on the rear of the radio cradle like you said, had trouble reaching them from the foot plate panel near the clutch, so I dropped the glovebox down and was able to get to them from there.
Thanks! :)
