Hi Guys,

I bought my 2011 Punto Evo in January. My Blue&Me had been working perfectly and I had used it to play music from my iPhone 4S through the USB cable to the Blue&Me Media player. My phone broke and I bought an iPhone 5S as a replacement. With the Lightning charging cable, it charges the phone perfectly and constantly, but when music is playing, it shows 'Blue&Me Media Player', plays the music like normal for a few seconds before crashing and returning to AUX or the Radio. Any ideas?

Try updating the Blue & Me Player?

When I bought my car, blue & me didn't work at all. Disconnecting the battery resets it. Would only do this if updating doesn't work

Mine does that sometimes.

You need to turn the unit off and then on again or true switching to FM and then back to media.

Usually does the trick mate!

I really don't want to disconnect the battery and the second method hasn't worked. Any other ideas??

Try updating it with your memory stick

How do I do that? What memory stick?

You need a memory stick to download the Blue & me update

I don't think so. My Punto Evo sporting plays music from my iPhone 5 perfectly.

I would seriously just disconnect the battery for 5mins and reconnect. It will reset blue and me



If that doesn't work then perhaps the usb port has broken?

When I first bought it 1 month ago, blue and me wouldnt work at all and this fixed it ... simples
