So, been looking through this forum for a while now (my brother used to have a grande punto so been lurking a couple years) and after a small break I decided I wanted an evo sporting. It was a toss up between this and a fiesta ST (2006) so it was an easy choice.

Bought it about a year ago just before I passed my test and have enjoyed every minute of it.

So far it hasn't had much done to it, heko wind deflectors, pipercross panel filter, new bulbs all round, painted the calipers red, some new 3d resin number plates and de-stickered the boot.

The day I got it.

Let me know your thoughts!

Hey mate! Nice looking car :)

Getting the punto lowered is always a good step. What springs did you go for? I went for eibach sportlines and they have taken a while to settle in. I got them fitted about 2 weeks ago and they've finally settled in perfectly, so just be paitent (y)

They really have transformed the car!

Thanks James!

I was looking at eibach sportlines but thought I'd have a go at something different, so went for a set of Vogtland 35mm. Think it's pretty much all settled now and looking back at pictures I took before hand it's definitely lower.

hi I got some 35mm springs to go on but ive held back due to the fast it hate even the smallest pot hole already. I go the froge in car bars to ready to go in also

Went to go for a drive today just to see how much difference the remap had made and was pleasantly surprised by the beading on my roof ?

As for the remap it's now running at 165bhp and 180lbft torque. Feels a lot smoother, running at 1.5 bar boost, and the dump noise is much better now! Best thing is despite the fact I was hooning around country roads for 130 miles, still got 35mpg!!
