Hi,
Can anyone shed any light on where the components are for the remote central locking in a 2010 Punto Evo 1.4, maybe you have a wiring diagram that includes them? Or can tell me where they are physically located?
My remote central locking only work from very close up most of the time (against the window close), sometimes it works better, sometimes worse, where I have to press it 4 times before it does anything.
I tried changing the battery in the key fob, twice, now with a good quality Duracell battery. It also happens where ever the car is, so I don't believe its interference from something near by.
I thought I would try to locate the components and visually inspect them...If anyone has any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot this I'd appreciate the input!!??
I'm actually getting the car ready to sell and wanted to get this sorted first...not sure how much money I would have to reduce the asking price by because of it!
