Punto Evo Dualogic, 10 plate, 1.4 8valve.

Anyone know where the cabin filter and outside temp. gauge sensor are located. Also the handbrake cable adjustor. Thanks in advance.

passenger wing mirror base (you can feel a nipple at the bottom of the mirror unit




behind handbrake..

unclip material from round handbrake and remove

pull up the rear cup holder




you can then get to the straddle adjuster





this should only be done once your sure the problem is cable stretch and not a stuck caliper or auto adjuster in the rear brakes (yours drum or disc at the back?)

I see the temp. sensor is on the opposite side to the Mk 2b.
The cabin filter and cable adjustors are in the same approx. position as the Mk 2b.
I intend to change the filter or clean it depending on it's condition but the sensor and cable adjustor were for info only.
The rear brakes are drums.
