I know this might have been said before but i was just wondering if i could wire this sub up to the factory headunit http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-juice-a12_p-23199.htm
it says "the amplifier can run from RCA cables or for adding to factory fit car stereos it has high level input." This would mean that i could wire it to the headunit and not the speakers right?

Thanks in advance, im new all of this :)

I'm pretty sure that the high level input described is when you have no rca phono jacks on your radio, you then just run your speaker wires to the amp.
However, all four channels maybe in use with right front, left front, right rear left rear.

You can sometimes buy adapters for head units which will create a pair of phono outputs from a socket in the rear of your head unit. Blaupunkt do this, which is quite possibly the manufacturer of the Fiat branded head unit.

Yes you could wire this to your standard radio taking the audio feed from the rear speakers.
That is exactly what the high level input is for

Sound quality wouldn't be as good connected this way but then there are a lot of advantages to keeping the standard head unit.
