Just thought I should post this as my dealership had no idea how the 3 years servicing on the punto evo worked.

I just had a letter arrive today, about 3 weeks after receiving my Punto Evo from Fiat with a plastic card attached, which has to be shown whenever I take the car in for servicing.

Did you buy yours on the Feel3 finance type plan?

I remember seening on the website all new Punto Evos get the Feel3 servicing but this was on the same page as the finance,,

I asked my dealer about servicing,, he wanted to add it to my finance,, £250 for 2 or £350 for 3 years,,

I just said i would wait.

Not sure

nah i bought it outright, but i read somewhere on the net new Evo's come with 3 years free servicing (at participating dealerships), dealerships seemed completely clueless about it tbh, a couple of times at the dealership they mentioned servicing costs & i pointed out free servicing on the evo.

then when it came to the hand over they gave me leaflets & info on servicing but again i said about the 3 years free servicing, they had no idea how it works, I left assuming its just registered to my car & i might have to argue in 12months time for it, but then this card turned up yesterday...

So you never know, you could well end up with a card appearing on your doorstep in a couple of weeks too.

Fiat made a complete balls up of the 5 year warranty offer on the Bravo, knowone knew what was going on, so if i were you i'd do what Blank suggested & hang on a few weeks.

Tho if youve paid for Feel3, definately pester Fiat UK for the card/letter.

I am a bit worried about this now. I read on the Fiat website before I purchased that anyone buying a new Evo would get 3 years free servicing, so just assumed I had it. Just checked through my paperwork and there is no information regarding this whatsoever.

I did make sure I asked the salesman before I drove away that the car came with the free servicing for 3 years and he said it did, but I have nothing to prove this. I'm certainly hoping I'll get a card through the post soon.

Don't worry too much, I was exactly the same, I had no info / no paperwork / no real confirmation, other than the salesman saying yes I have 3 years free servicing (when i asked to make sure) as I left the showroom, so the card turning up was a complete surprise.

Like I said, took about 3 weeks to arrive. So I'd wait a fair few weeks before worrying about it.

theres a thing, I was told that the servicing wasnt included when I asked, only if the car is bought outright, now on reading the fiat website thats not true...will be interesting to see what happens when I eventualy receive my evo.

I've dumped the letter now so I cant check, but im pretty sure it came from Fiat & rather than the dealership themselves, so whatever the salesmen etc say it doesn't really matter as once the pencil pushers at "Fiat HQ" see you've bought an Evo you'll get the feel3 dealio too. (y)

I read somewhere that if you buy from FiatSupaSaver you don't get the Feel3 servicing, if that is the case I will just ring up and be like. I was never made aware of this and demand it lol

Received a Feel3 card in the post today, about a week after collecting my new Evo. My dealer never said anything about this and I was not expecting anything until I read this thread on the forum. So, it seems I've got three years free servicing :) - or am I missing something ?

Yup, 3 years free servicing :) though high mileage i think renders it void, cant remember what the letter said... think the leaflets under the sofa... effort..

i have had the evo over 4 weeks now,, no word from Fiat about the servicing!

I thinks it's expired, look at http://www.fiat.co.uk/Content/Article.aspx?id=22129. Seems the offer expired at the end of March.

Sister in law took delivery of an Evo on Friday so was just researching offers and stumbled on the link above.

I picked up the evo before the end of March,, had too as the finance offer ended then & it was a low milage deal,,, i.e. under 6k per year so i presume i qualify for this,,

Hi, I'm assuming this offer has finished? I asked the dealer about any set price service plans for my Evo Sporting (due to arrive in september) and was told there wasn't, I just take it to them every year and open my wallet.

I never got any sort of card through the post, had my car since April. The dealer did say 3 years servicing was included though!

went to FIAT today to have a squeeky clutch pedel sorted and to moan about the paint, while i was waiting they quoted me service costs for 3 years, nearly had a heart attack,

1st year - 18000 service = £319.20
2nd year - 36000 service = £547.26
3rd year - 54000 service = 298.05

total £1164.51

or £35.73 a month for 31 months

i got a feeling i wont get them to service the car and go to a independant garage, VAT registered and fiat parts of course.

am feeling i have MUG written on my face.
