Hi Simon, I've only ever seen one and that was in a yellow gt that was for sale recently on eBay from Norwich area , he has some other items for the gt on eBay , I could ask him on the gt group on fbook [emoji1303]

No, the accessory you could have bought when new. It's a rubber mat that's shaped to the boot floor to protect the carpet
