Morning all,
I'll try to explain the best I can... hopefully someone can help before I torch it!
Driving from Norwich to Bedford and noticed injectors sounded a bit chuffy. Left Bedford to get home and lost all power and sounded and looked like a steam train.
Mechanic noticed 3 of the 4 injectors had come loose so he tightened them and it started and ran fine. Got ten miles away and it said stop due to overheat, turns out the oil intercooler had a hole in it caused by the heat shield rubbing. Got it recovered home, fitted new oil intercooler and heat shield bracket and all seemed fine. But now it's getting increasingly harder to start...
Also when started runs really rough
Does anybody have any ideas? I'm starting to lose it with this van now
