Today I bought armrest for my Tipo and I want to imbed it. But I have little problem, I got the armrest and that metal lever with spring, so I need someone who has experience with that **** to tell me, does my seat has factory-made
that metal plate inside the seat where I can connect that lever on? (By metal plate I mean this on the picture.)

I have never seen one of these before! What model Tipo do you have and could you post a photo of the seat you want to fit with the armrest?

This is that armrest. I was doing some researches back in the days and I THINK i read somehere that almost every Tipo/Tempra has a hole in seat which is intended for easier installation for armrest. So basically, that's my biggest dillema here, does my seat has that plate and hole for easier installation or I will have to find that plate and install it afterwards.

Just had a look at my seats and a pair of spare seat backs in my garage.
No holes to be seen or felt for armrests.
Nothing similar that I could see here either:

Can you send me your direct link or upload your pictures? I see here only some universal armrests from Google.

So as I can see, I just need that metal plate to imbeed it in seat and screwed up 3 bolts and put armrest on it an that should be it. But where to find that plate... Some guy told me that they are the same for Tipo/Tempra/Croma.

Sorry to seem unhelpful but I have never seen a classic Tipo with armrests like these on the front seats, nor does the Eper seat parts diagram show anything like this as far as I can on any version. There is certainly no internal mounting plate inside my own seats and the only hole in the seat covering is for the lumbar control on the outside of the driver's seat back.

And here's the page with Loco's bolt spring and plate listed:

I still have doubts, but it wouldn't be the first time if I'm wrong.

ePER has now gone up a point in my estimation.

There is a UK reg tipo for sale here in Ireland on a site called donedeal and it clearly has a centre armrest, sorry I'm no good for links.. car reg is J135 MDO if anyone knows it.. looks spotless.. automatic though.. €600.. if I had it I would buy it as the interior is immaculate.
