At least one person likes them....
Tbf going out to it everyday they have grown on me still tempted to gp with plan a and sand them and paint them required colour. Either way at least my mirror is no longer a jigsaw puzzle

I'm still not sure LOL...I've seen worse aftermarket tat on swifts definitely my recent personal favourite being a Renault sport badge on the back of a 1.3.. tbf it had several other poorly chosen add-ons so its not just me. Although my mean reason for these is they fit over and hold together the remains of the shattered drivers mirror cap

At the end of the day ... it gets dark and only then would they look ok-ish.
Having said that, its your car bud, do what you like. Nothing would ever change if people didn't take brave and bold steps.

perhaps a chrome strip around the grille, or something little like that would make it better, as its not bad, but would be better if there was a bit of a chrome theme. nothing brash like chrome alloys, or that sort of line, but subtle.

Hmm I think from nose on they match the chrome in the lights and the badge so its not so bad to me it mainly looks odd from the side where they are the only chrome except a small VVT badge on the wing. Same place I got the mirrors do do chrome door handles which should be enough to balance it out without anything that would look to much like a full on chrome rubbing strip....but still can't decide if I want more or less chrome as its very easy to take a trip into tacky.

Whoot-whoot it's 1998 again!

I'm going to throw this one out there but does anyone else miss the Burbery shell suit chav's. Kids nowerdays are all "Br-br-br-br-br-brap! Innit bruv" who want to be the next Dizzee Rascal or Plan F. Much hard to spot and therefore avoid.

I've got chrome mirrors on my GP T-Jet, and they do look good. I think it suits some cars, not others. On a Renault Clio, no. Citroen Saxo, no. The Grande, god YES! It looks a lot better than I initially thought, it suits the car. :)

Dump the mirrors and the swift

You resurrected a thread from two years ago just for that?

In case you're wondering still got it, had it 6 years in may, done more miles in it than all my fiats in it combined...

Also chrome mirror covers from eBay are gash...one winter and they were lets say satin finish.
