Question lowering

hey guys, i have a standard 60 s Mk1 Punto, and im lowering it, only im unsure how much to lower it by, any help? i was think either 45mm or 60mm? not sure which one i could have without scrapping along speed bumps etc, i will be buying new shocks along with the springs too

hey guys, thread still open, still concerned, im looking at a gmax lowering kit so will include the springs, it wont catch over bumps in a full car will it?
