BREAKING in Surrey 1995 Panda Selecta

1995 M Fiat Panda Selecta 1108cc fuel injection.

She was running fine until the thermostat packed up and she overheated...

She's had a new thermostat / temperature sender / battery & rear exhaust box. Now the head gasket is leaking. She can't be driven.

No rust on any of the doors, MOT till 11th May, Tax run out, did drive really nicely with 14" Punto alloys (like the Seiq sporting items). Fuel injectior replaced 2 years ago - about 10k miles ago.

I'm 10 minutes from Gatwick, J9 M23.

Click on link for a picture.

Right I've decided to break the car & have the shell removed -

Genuine FIAT accessory roof bars (two)
Rear exhaust box (almost new- with oval chrome embellesher - looks rather sporty!)
Rear lights
Rear bumper
Rear tailgate
Rear wash wipe mechanism / arm
both doors - NO RUST whatsover (including all trim / glass / mirrors..
Interior door storage (drivers & passengers - grey)
Dash including clock (grey)
late chunky steering wheel (grey)
Interior light/ rear view mirror unit(actually superior cinq item retrofitted to Panda)
Fuse box
1100 fi ECU
catalist convertor
fuel injector - very expensive to replace. Was replaced 2yrs ago.
Brake master cylinder
Distributor
Alternator
Starter motor - year old
Battery (couple of months old with guarentee)
Thermostat (brand new)
Radiator fan sender unit x2 (1 brand new)
Coil
4 x Mint 1999 Punto HLX Alloy wheels with great 165/60/14 Firestone tyres
Set of locking wheel nuts for wheels
pair Headlights
pair of clear indicators
late fron grill (black)
front bumper (black)
Rear parcel shelf
possibly bonnett - no rust / damage whatsover
possibly tailgate - no rust / damage whatsover

I may remove other parts not listed if requested & I can get to them, but this must be over the next couple of days as the shell will be gone next week.

Offers invited on all bits - pictures available. Please PM me.

Hi Nick

The indicators are the indeed white. Doors are immaculate, obviously they can go complete with glass / winders and mirrors.

Here's a link to a picture of the car -

http://www.bmwcarshowroom.com/bs/photos/country_1/8672.jpg

I can post the indicator, but not so sure about the doors?

You can email / Pm me (I've sent you a Pm in response to your wanted post) if interested . Many Thanks John

Hi m8 is it just a case of having th head gasket done or is there more problems than that?

How much would you want for the whole car?

Looking for a little run around for the old girl:D

don't forget you can't tow a selecta over 30 mph and then not to far, unless you raise the front wheels off the ground or remove drive shafts first;)

Tis true. Towing can only be done with the wheels in the air.

Probably a bit too late Crayon. I have started to strip the Panda.

Its an automatic CVT box. From what I gather it'll ruin it...

[:0] hasent it got a neutral section on the box?

I can still tow it as i can get a dolly which will take the front wheels off the ground.

What have you stripped off it? and how much would you take for the car?

I've removed the front bumper / headlights / rear lights and dash. All of these parts are sitting in my shed.

I have sold the alloy wheels (it now has standard steels with hubcaps) the front grill (missing) and the interior clock.

I've had interest in the front bumper / lights / head / brakes & fuel injection system. I've not touched the brakes or the FI - it still runs.

I need to get the car moved this forth coming week, though.

Cheers
John

It is worth as much as you want to offer. Please PM me with your offer...
