Replacement rear towing eye cover

The little towing eye cover in the rear bumper has disappeared from the Panda. Can someone advise:

** Is it available ready painted or am I going to have to spray it Bossa Nova Blue?

** What is the Part Number?

Almost certainly you will have to paint it or have it painted at ridiculous expense.
When you have replaced it, use a small amount of impact adhesive (Evo Stik) applied to the inside of the lower edge of the cover and to where it touches the bumper. When the glue is dry fit the cover and press the glued surfaces together. It provides enough adhesion to prevent the cover falling out or being easily stolen but the cover can still be easily prised off without damage if the towing eye has to be fitted.
