All, your advice please:

Dynamic 1.2, 9 months old and 3500 miles on the clock.

When pulling to a stop or applying the brakes in normal motoring, am starting to hear quite a loud squeak.

I have also noticed, when cleaning the car, that there seems to be a lot more black brake dust on the drivers side front wheel than the other one.

The problem is, that the dealer is in the middle of nowhere - so it's a bit of a pain to take car to and then carry on with a normal working day - unless they look at it while you wait - and what's the chance of them being organised enough to manage that?

So, is this something that I should attend to in a hurry, or leave to the first years service?

Can you pull the wheel off and have a look? More dust on one side than the other could indicate a problem, then again......

Your choice then is get it checked under warranty or take it to an independent in your lunch hour. Could be almost anything, stuck caliper, build up of dust, warped disc, stone in caliper....

No squealing on mine - (I assume you mean a squeal while braking?)
Common thing to do on Coupes when this happens is to dismantle the brakes - clean them, ensure all the sliding bits slide freely, and copper grease the backs of the pads.

Is that all? :)

Mate, for me, just getting the wheel off is a major challenge!

Mine squeaked too - noticeable when coasting very slowly (not when braking ) or when turning wheel slightly at slow speed.

Car was in garage for annual service so had them look at it- they advised it was something on the back of the brake ( shield ?) that was touching and that they had repositioned it and all was fine.

Until it came back a week later !

Haven't been back yet as dealer is in wrong direction of regular travels.

That squealing sound like the heatshield. On the Coupe you have a metal heatshield behind the brake, protecting the lower ball joint from heat. This often gets bent which rubs against the brake disk (especially on full lock). It can be bent back in to position.
It may be similar on the Panda.
