Can't help on the Brio blinds, bought a pair of quite decent sun blinds from Halfords for a fiver each for the rear window, they hang on, most of the time, with rubber suckers. They go with the awful Halfords 'girlfriend-proof' seat covers on the front seats and co-ordinate quite nicely..

The blinds look better than the seat covers..

I have the window blinds!!

they cover your back passenger windows plus the 2 little windows and the back window.

they are just like black netting, great at keeping out the heat and the flys, you can still wind the wondows down too with them on.

they aare held on by clips that u stick on to the paint work, (a right bugger to get off too!)

have a look at my panda pics and u will see what they look like, just a shame that for legal issues they dont do them for the front windows!

Hope this helps! :)

QQ...are they semi permanent with the clips ..or does that just assist to hold them in the window frames etc ?

P.S I take it they are in situ on your photos (hard to tell) ??

P.P.S Thanks for the reply !

P.P.P.S
Taking another look at your pictures I think I can see the back window seam...am I right ? have they made the rear screen a two piece (which would be standard for the screens like this that I have seen ) ?..if so how do you find the join for rear vision ?

- reason I ask is I am tempted to buy a set ...but more for the rear screen / rear quarter lights all the time ...*( I have a black 4x4 ...and have seen pictures of some one who has had a black 4x4 tinted and it looks good) and only rear seats in summer ( two young children in back who want to look out so I don't think *(based on existing blinds) that blinds on their windows will stay the distance)))

the clips could be taken off although i used super glue on mine so doubt they will come off. the clips stay there all the time and the blinds just clip in an out of them.

they do not sit in the window frames they sit about half an inch out and they cover the whole of the window and frame.

the back window oone is actually 2 blinds and they are a tight fit so i just pushed them together and they seem ok, i have had them in my car about 1 1/2 years now and they havent ever moved.

yes the window blinds are on in my pics sorry if its hard to tell they look like window tints untill u get up close and realise its just netting

they keep the heat out in summer and also look great now i got rear tinted lights too. i will have to get a pic to show u

hope this info is helpful!!

Just seen your pic Holly, the blinds look really good. My panda is the same colour as yours too, so I know what to expect. Just have to order them !

Hollypop - I got some of these blinds ....have fitted the rear window and although the clips haven't stayed stuck to the glass the shade stays in place. ...maybe I need to super glue ...when you did yours did you just superglue on top of the sticky pad or did you remove the sticky pad first and then just superglue the clip itself.

The rear quarters just push in and stay but the rear windows are the ones I'm having problems with. The instructions seem ok - but I cant see how the clips can fit - it's just the door frame where'd they stick is not flat and this means the clip would be in the wrong direction which would then be under great pressure from the blind (if this makes sense !) ...

Where abouts on the frame did you have your clips - and do you have two clips at the front or rear of the door ? ( there are only 3 clips per side ...my instructions show two to front I think - but it also shows the fiat logo tab used to remove blind being at the rear ,...which it isn't !) ...

Thanks

Has anyone got the Part number for the Panda Sunblinds in the Brio Catalogue?

If you go on Ebay and search for item number
250138684968
They're £39.99 + £12 delivery on a buy it now.

The instruction leaflet had the Fiat part number on it so they apperar to be typical OEM produced. Unfortunately I've binned the leaflet so can't tell you the number.

I'm very happy with the quality, looks and fitting but I will have to glue a couple of the clips on as mine have fallen off. My fault as I didn't clean the paintwork prior to application.

I'd certainly recommend them.

Ta for that... :)

I'll look into that... And then try to remember my PayPal details...

Hi all,
for those who have these blinds, just a quick question about the clips - how many clips do you need in total?
Ive bought a set and it came with 12 clips - that doesnt seem enough to me?
Thanks for any responses,(y)

I'm certain I had 11
2 for each of the rear window blinds, plus the joining clip, and 3 for each of the 2 door blinds, None required for the small rear blinds

Hope this helps.

Ah.... OK mate if the little side rear windows dont need clips, that makes sense!!

I wont be able to fit them till next week, so will confirm then!

Cheers(y)

Having bought and paid for these blinds on Ebay, I waited patiently for delivery... Nothing arrived, but it being the 12th period in Northern Ireland, I thought nothing of it... Then checking through my e-mails I noticed that I had missed one from the Ebay company Direct4x4. I thought that postage costs of £12 was steep enough for delivery from Derby to Belfast, but no - apparently as I live in Northern Ireland postage costs will be £30 . No harm, but to me that's a rip off.

I know that Hollypop originally paid around £80 for the blinds from a main dealer. I'd prefer to buy off my local dealer than pay £30 postage charges.

So can anyone please get me the Fiat Part number for the Panda Sunblinds as in the Brio Catalogue? I'd like to see if my dealer can get me them.
