Hi all never really used this site but thought I'd give it ago,
I have a panda 100hp and have got apex 30mm lowering springs rear normal bilsteins shocks and standard shock up front ( got bilsteins b6's on way from gazzella racing ) and when I put them on I had no problems what so ever but all of a sudden it developed a rattle.
I've takes the spings out repositioned them numerous times and I can't find this rattle at all, exhaust is fine, and the shocks are relatively new.
So was woundering if anyone has come across this or anything similar.
The rattle sounds like the spings are loose when going over bumps but they're not which is confusing me.

Thanks in advance

Rattles from the back are usually either the shock top bolt or the rear seats.

Suspension bump stops. I eventually fitted FEBI ones for a Bravo/a 182. £11 off ebay for a pair - £150 less than the short lived offering from the official parts bin. These also allow another inch of wheel movement which considerably helps the ride quality without upsetting the handling. I though there was a serious problem due to the large sounding noises but this was the cause. OE parts stopped the noises but only for about 15K. If you poke the old ones about they will probably break off and cannot be refitted. The 182 parts are all rubber and can be easily fitted by use of a bottle jack to push them into place once suitably lubricated with washing up liquid. You might want to try silcon mastic fist to take up the slack an d verify what i am saying by stopping these things moving about. Fixing this way won't last though.
