Hi all. Have a 2005 1.2l fiat panda. Car has abs. Problem I'm having is the speedo only shows about 5 mph when you're doing 30.. and about 20 when you're doing 70. Have changed both speed sensors on the front wheels. But is still the same. Plugged into my obd scanner and went for a drive and the speed signal is pretty much the same as what what the speedo shows. 5mph when doing 30ish..

Any help would be welcomed

Thanks

Comes up quite regularly.

As your car has ABS

The speed is read from the ABS module.

Most likely one of the sensors is faulty. I believe its an average reading from the 4 sensors

There are a few YouTube showing how to test with a multimeter

Or I believe multiecuscan can give a live reading of each sensor but not tried myself.
