hi,new to the forum and have a 2008 panda and i must say very nice cars to have, cheap to tax ,insure, and run, never had any trouble while i have had it but what i will like to know is is there any other fiat model tow bar fit a panda as having trouble finding a used one thanks lee

Hi & welcome.
Fairly sure there are no others which will fit straight on and not require bumper cutting (or be wrong height, stick out too far etc.)
There are still some new ones at reasonable prices appearing on a well known auction site from time to time. Usually from Poland or Czech. They are actually pretty good and are type approved so no hassles if used abroad too.

I've just fitted one to 2005 Panda, bought from UK supplier, about £100 all in. Rear bumper has small cut. Worst job is getting the plastic lump off, ended up cutting it.

I think mine was about £65 at the time including electrics. At that price it wasn't worth even looking at secondhand ones.
Same model (Auto-HAK brand) is still for sale but with only basic electrics (no bypass relay) for about £68. Bypass relay adds another £20 to that, so not quite such a bargain as it was.
No cutting required although you do still have to take the bumper off.

Pay the extra for one with an easily detachable tow hook. These all drop below the bumper and are well worth the additional costs.

Different approach:

I leave my detachable ball on all the time, with a highly visible tennis ball over it. I have found it deters careless parkers and saves me getting paint grazes on the rear bumper. People comment favourably on the tennis ball!

Depends what the tow hook is for- ok if you just want to tow. Mine used for carrying wheelybin, bike rack etc. The cut away ,if needed, is invisible once fitted, and easy to do, just mark out a bit bigger than the instructions, drill a couple of holes and cut out with a hacksaw.
