Hi
My in-laws hav ejust bought a 2008 1.2 Auto Eleganza.
one little fault is the electric door mirrors, they just don't work at all.
I've not got the specifit handbook for the Eleganza, just the one for our 'active'.

I cant find a fuse listed in our book but i've checked all the fuses (both boxes) & fitted a fuse to every empty space.

I'm now thinking it might be the switch, i've had a look & cant find one.
does anyone know where i might get one, other than payinh ££££ at Fiat.

cheers
Gareth

Hi did you get this sorted I have the same problem on my 2015 cross diesel I have ordered a second hand switch waiting for it coming
It’s a very basic system. No body computer.

Just one fuse, couple of earths and a load of switches

Probably not worth checking anything except maybe the fuse until the new parts fitted as it’s quite likely to be the fault

Is the F49 fuse the one behind the glovebox in your diagram? so are you saying the fault will most probably be the fuse or the switch

cheers john

If there’s no life it could be either

The fuse is to the right of the steering wheel on a right hand drive car

Behind a removable plastic panel the other connector in the photo I posted is the OBDII diagnostic connector

Have tried the fuse with a different one still N/G so have ordered a switch with the panel

Hi I have tried with a test lamp screwdriver with the ignition on and put it on the switch harness there are quite a few pins but could not get any light on the test lamp don't know if the screwdriver was touching the pins, it lit up when checking the fuse

Good test lamp is fine

Give me a few minutes to pull up the diagrams and decide on the next step

Just noticed your car is a 2015

Completely different wiring to the pre 2012 which all seem to share the same ish except the 1.1 active

The fuse I quoted earlier will be wrong as that’s for the pre 2012
