Hi All.

Just wondering if someone can confirm that these alloys will be ok to fit on my 2004 Fiat Panda 1.2 Dynamic.

My mechanic mate tells me he has a decent set of Punto alloys, all balanced and with nearly new tyres on all, that he says will fit my Panda and will sell them to me cheap. A pic and the details from the wheels are as follows:

PCD 4x98
Rim 6Jx15 ET33
Tyres 185/55/R15

From what I've researched they should be fine to fit to my Panda, and I should accept what my mechanic mate says, but I just wanted some expert advice from you guys with your immense Fiat knowledge to confirm they will be fine to fit.

Many thanks in advance.

Yes.

I have the same wheels for my winter tyres on our 1.2 Dynamic where I run 195/50-15 tyres with no issues/rubbing. Same wheel bolts, no spacers. Simple fit.

Enjoy.

Awesome, thanks for the reply, just what I wanted to hear.(y)

My mate said I could have them for £80, and they look in really good order, so seems like a bargain to me!

Cheers!

Just get correct, sensible tyres for them to give the right gearing, you won't find any positive benefits by going wider than 185...

They come with Firestone Firehawk 185/55/R15 tyres all round, which have loads of tread left on them (I don't think they have been on the wheels that long), so I was going to run them down, and then look at appropriate replacements, whatever they might be.

I've put the wheels on now and took them for a run, and all seems fine, a nice smooth, quiet ride. To me my Panda seemed a lot more stable on the road than with the bog standard 13" steels I had on before. They do look quite big on the car though, but definitely the looks are more pleasing to eye.

All in all, quite chuffed for the price I paid!
