Bleed screw has a slot along its thread, so soon after it is turned coolant will trickle out. No need to remove, in fact best not to. Let it trickle gently until only coolant comes out. tweak it closed with fingers only, no tools, or it will be too tight and seize shut. Opening it too far may well cause the escaping coolant to draw air and create bubbles.
 
Damn, I had it off yesterday and today.

Today I briefly saw antifreeze but as I had it fully out, it soon sunk back in.. I probably re-winded the process.

I'll keep that in mind now and just keep unscrewing it just about to let air out and hope that one of these days antifreeze comes out in drips... if not in 7 days time am I right to assume it's a sign of a problem?
