1) It is normal to electrocute me when touching this rubber(i dont try to all,but i just felt some really Volts)? That was happened today when I look under the hood and the engine was ON,engine OFF= no electrocute

2) When the engine is cold ,i feel a really strong vibration which occurs every 3-4 seconds and lasts 5-7 seconds, then disappears and reappears(is feels only when is stationary not in drive). This happen every time the engine is cold ,after i drive for 100-200m ,apparently everything is fine. When I did Multiecuscan test(next morning ,cold engine), i found two errors: cylinder 4 ignition failure (p0304) and ignition failure (P0300).
Strange so i clear the errors ,i start the engine ,rules OK ,checking the parameters and i observed something different right here :
- Knock sensor signal Cyl 1 : 0.6246v
- Knock sensor signal Cyl 2 : 0.5417v
- Knock sensor signal Cyl 3 : 0.5173v
- Knock sensor signal Cyl 4 : 0.8763v

+/- varies, but usually they revolve around values

What is different is Cyl 4 ,i remember from 1-2month ago ,when the problem wasnt here, the Cyl 4 was 0.6192v ,so there is a difference of 0.2571v... hafl over normal....but after all ,next morning the vibration is back....
I wait for the lights to come on and off,i wait 1min to littel warm engine(not every time 1min),when engine is cold i didnt suddently accelerate. I am very carefully,i drive with more then half fuel tank.......

So guys ,help me again...i dont want to go with my Panda to an "specialist" who will tell me to change the entire engine(i wish i dont). Sweet littel panda i want you to the 700.000km target !

Any chance that No. 4 lead is shorting down to earth? I've seen suggestions that you could look at it when its dark and see if you notice any light flashing.
Switch around leads maybe.

Check for 'arcing' and as murfman53 suggests, do it in the dark. And as to your original question - Is it normal to be electrocuted by HT lead no.4? The answer is no.

Remove the negative battery terminal, remove no.4 HT lead and check for cracks or damage (it might even be wet). Since HT lead no.4 is the culprit, maybe consider replacing it.

Matt.

1)Can someone tell me where is this Earth Strape ? i want to check (on google 0 result).
2) Can you guys, explain me how to check for "arcing" ,explain for a noob, with a screw closer or ??
3) Where are the Plugs hole ? I think maybe the vibration is from this no.4 rubber.

Thank you very much for answers!

Hi,

The easiest way to find your earth connections, is to look at the negative side of your battery and just trace where the cables run to.
The plugs hole you mentioned, I'm assuming you are talking about spark plugs location, are under the air filter box. 2 screws, 1 clip and a hose to remove it, if memory serves me right.
Regarding the isssue of arcing, its not alwaays easy to spot, but you may see it easier when its dark rather than a bright day. If you suspect no.4 ht lead, then it will run on 3 cylinders and sound rough, remove it, and replace it with another lead.
John.

That looks like the correct kit. Two longer plug caps and two shorter ones. I would have expected that you could get them in your own country.

Very easy to fit, might need a bit of a tug to get them off. Just lay the new ones over to ensure you get them in the right place.

Tesla or Magneti Marelli ? any difference or same rubber?

To be honest,i never heard of Tesla too :))) ,i think it was a greate brand for electronic parts :D. But i will try to choose between Magneti and Bosch
