Hey guys. I have had my 08 panda 1.1 active for nearly a year now and starting to get to the end of my tether with it.

Intermittent fault keeps appearing which shows p0202 injector circuit/cylinder open.

What I've done so far is had the coil packs replaced, got some snake oil down it and been using super unleaded. I am now beginning to think it is an electrical fault.

The car is running really rough at the moment, seems to be misfiring and almost jerky. Actually getting to the point where I am scared to drive it.

I really need some help with this otherwise I'll be getting shot of it for good.

There has been several reports of a wiring harness fault from the ECU that seems only to effect the Active models.
Codes vary, but the common problem is misfires.

There's also some entertaining reading here

I hear some dealers are aware of the problem and some aren't.

But before condemning the wiring, I guess it would be useful to move the offending injector (cylinder 2) to another postion and see if the fault moves with that particular injector (meaning it's the injector) or continues to flag the issue in the same postion (meaning wiring).

Hi,
I feel your pain..,:)

we've got a perfect '04, and a naughty little '07:p

have you had the injector wiring off, inspected and cleaned..??,
electrical cleaner in the plug seems to fix ours - until it rains..,
