Hi Everyone,
My grandson has just got his first car - a Fiat Panda!! There is a rust patch on the roof which extends under the roof seal. How do I remove it to complete the necessary repairs. Thanks in advance!

I got it wrong, its a Punto not a Panda - easy mistake to make - they both start with P and have 5 letters! It's a Fiat Punto Sporting 2001 vintage.Hi, and welcome,
I've NEVER seen any corrosion on a Polish built Panda:worship:
what age / model..?,

I'm having problems attaching the photo of the rust patch and the roof seal. What I call "roof seal" is the black rubber strip that runs along the roof from front to back on both sides, and covers the welded seam between the roof panel and the side panels. I want to remove it to get rid of all the rust underneath it. I assume it just pulls off, but I would like to know if there are any clips or similar that retain it.Punto 2/B section
not uncommon to find SOME rust there.. along screen seal..??
pic didn't open..
