I've NEVER seen any corrosion on a Polish built Panda:worship:

Hopefully this should be a photo of the rust patch on my grandsons Fiat. I need to remove the seal to deal with the rust and respray it. It looks as though the seal will just pull out, but I wanted to be sure!! The more astute on the forum will notice this is not a Panda, but a Punto - Grandad got it wrong!!
I got it wrong, its a Punto not a Panda - easy mistake to make - they both start with P and have 5 letters! It's a Fiat Punto Sporting 2001 vintage.Hi, and welcome,

not uncommon to find SOME rust there.. along screen seal..??

I'm having problems attaching the photo of the rust patch and the roof seal. What I call "roof seal" is the black rubber strip that runs along the roof from front to back on both sides, and covers the welded seam between the roof panel and the side panels. I want to remove it to get rid of all the rust underneath it. I assume it just pulls off, but I would like to know if there are any clips or similar that retain it.Punto 2/B section

ask / SEARCH in the Punto 2/B section,
