Hello guys,
I'm having a problem with the driver side (left hand side) power window in my Panda.
The car is from 2012 (last ones) and for some time now the power windows dosen't work properly. The window itself goes down and up but like 2cm at a time. I need do press the button like twenty times to complete de cicle.

Already took the door panel and tested de motor and it seems ok, the power gets there (tested with a multimeter), already changed the switches themselves and both are flawless on the passenger side but faulty on driver side, changed the fuses etc.

The only thing I didn't tested yet was the one-touch window or confort mode (as we call here) because I just can't find it physically. Can anyone please let me know where this is? Is it near the fuses or is in the window motor itself?
Tired of looking for it and don't find nothing and tried to search the net with no sucess.

On UK models there's no separate switch - you just hold the button for a couple of seconds and the window goes up fully or down fully. I suspect the operations is controlled in the CANBUS (car's CPU) rather than via any separate switching.


Battery disconnected for an hour - then see what happens. You never know.

Could the window be reset? lower the window, hold the down button for 15 seconds, then turn the ignition off. turn the ignition back on and hold the up button, dragging the window up until it reaches the top, hold the up button down for 15 seconds. Turn the ignition off. Turn the ignition back on and hopefully it'll be reset.

No programing on this window, already tried that but thanks!

Ab100, if its on the Car CPU i can only try reseting the Car CPU disconecting the batery for half an hour or so. If it dosen' work and is really in trhe CPU only dealler then and here it can be quite expensive.

Did you clean the guides and spray silicone on them afterwards? I think you activate the anti-pinch safety cause the window gets stuck in the guides.
